Service-Based Refunds

Gloocan operates on a project-based and subscription-based service model. Due to the nature of digital and custom software development, refunds are generally not available once a project or phase has commenced. However, in exceptional cases where service delivery does not meet the agreed-upon scope, partial refunds may be considered based on a formal review.

Advance Payments and Deposits

Any upfront payments or deposits made to initiate a project are non-refundable, as they are used to allocate resources, planning, and project setup.

Subscription or SaaS Services

If you have subscribed to one of Gloocan's SaaS products or cloud-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for unused subscription periods will only be considered if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the initial payment and no substantial usage has occurred.

Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled by the client before work has begun, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and setup costs. Once work has started, no refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing deliverables.
